Behind the bottle
I didn’t inherit
this story.
I chose it.
I didn’t grow up among vines. I don’t have ten generations of family tradition behind this bottle. What I have is obsession.
A taste sharpened by paying attention—in kitchens, in cellars, in the quiet details. I work with people who have been doing this for decades. Together, we’ve made something clean, expressive and considered.
